• Follow teacher's directions for modified assignment

If you are ill/injured, you are expected to:

• Bring a signed note from parent/guadian for up to 3 days that will excuse student from full participation.

If you are ill/injured beyond 3 days, you are expected to:

• Bring a signed doctor's note that specifies dates of inactivity/limitations.

Students will not be permitted to leave Physical Education area, period. Students must be prepared to accomplish assigned activity from teacher. There will be no time allotted to work on other class assignments.

Students should report any injury (sustained in class) to teacher immediately.
